Sandra and Jeff Parshall bring different professional backgrounds together at Egret Eye Home Watch, with a shared commitment to taking care of people and doing things the right way.
But Egret Eye is about more than their professional experience. Over the years, Sandra and Jeff have naturally found themselves helping friends make the move from up north to Ave Maria, lending a hand as they settled into their Florida homes and their new community. Being the people friends can count on comes naturally to them.
That combination is what makes them such a strong team: Sandra's precision and organization, Jeff's hands-on knowledge and experience, and a genuine warmth and willingness to help others.
Today, they bring those qualities to Egret Eye Home Watch, personally caring for their clients' homes in the Ave Maria community they know and love.

Sandra spent her career in a high-pressure professional environment where accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and clear communication mattered every day. Those same skills now shape the thoughtful, detailed way she approaches Home Watch and communicates with clients.
Jeff Parshall
Jeff brings years of hands-on experience from law enforcement, professional landscaping, electrical work, and other skilled trades. His practical knowledge of homes and property complements Sandra's attention to detail and documentation.
